This Friday (10th August) Naomi Langford is on galley duty and has informed me that she will be doing a roasted vegetable risotto. Do come along and make the most of good weather, good sailing, good company and good food.

Ladders in the workshop

If anyone has been storing ladders in the workshop could they please let me know before they are removed or claimed as club ladders. All of the club ladders in the workshop have been marked up as such. Any unclaimed ladders remaining will be checked to see if they are fit for use before being marked as club owned or disposed of at the end of this month.

Crew Wanted

Brock( Westerly Fulmar) is currently located in Leiden, Holland, 20 minutes by train south of Schipohl Airport. I am looking for one or, two crew to join me and son Jeremy to motor Brock south to Middleburg on the mast up inland waterways (4 days) then sail to Portsmouth along the Belgium coast to France and UK. Departure from Leiden on the 20th August, Middleburg on the 24th August. Flights from Southampton Airport to Schipol on Flybe. I will cover all berthing and provisioning coats.
