Ocean Village Cruise – 24/25th June

Sail up Southampton Water and moor in Ocean Village marina right in the middle of Southampton. You can walk to West Quay if the mood takes you, so plenty of options for eating and entertainment. This cruise can be extended to a long weekend if any members want to do so.

HW on the Saturday is 12:06 4.8m but Ocean Village is all tide access.

Please let me know if you want to come, as then I can make sure that there is space for you at Ocean Village marina. I will be at the club this Friday evening (16th June) from about 21:00 if you would like to discuss the cruise.

I hope to see you there,

Richard Gunn

Get into Print!

Summer is here so why not tell Ebb & Flow about how your sailing is going. Don’t be shy! Share your sailing stories, thoughts, suggestions, poems, songs, how you are going to win the next America’s Cup! We need your input to make the next Ebb and Flow interesting so please get in touch – anything sailing or (even vaguely) sailing-related is welcome. Cadets and new members are encouraged to contribute as well as those who are in for the long haul!

Please send your contributions to Richard Curtis at ebbnflow

Wide Yard Brush

This new brush disappeared about 2 weeks ago. I’ve looked high & low for it since, if you know where it is, please return it to the Workshop.

Thanks,

P.S. I’ve repaired the small yard brush (again), please use it, with care.
