RNSA(P) Wednesday Autumn Series race 9

As Geoff Goodwin remarked as Wizard sped past at 2 knots - "one week it's blowing 37 the next 3, can't you have a word with someone". The conditions were a trifle unfortunate considering that the series results depended on this final race. The SOOD - Electron V was finally persuaded not to go home for an early bath by some anguished chat on the radio.

Dan Batty – on the RYA pathway to Topper success

Dan Batty, who is 14 years old and goes to St Birinus state school in Didcot recently finished the Topper Worlds in 17th place out of 156 boats, making him one of the best placed members of the British National squad.

Financial Year End

A reminder that our financial year ends on 31st October 2017. Please ensure that all outstanding expense claims and invoices for the 2016/17 financial year are forwarded to me in good time to be paid within the financial year. If you are authorising work to be done by a contractor and the work will be complete but not invoiced before our financial year ends, please provide me with estimated costs so I can accrue into the year end accounts.
