I would just like to give a massive thank you to Hannah, for organising the Push the Boat Out Day for the club, and to everyone (there are far too many to name) that came along and helped out.

Thanks to your efforts, we have 14 new membership applications from people who signed up on the day.

Well done all,

High Water Cruise
Saturday 23rd May

Hi everyone, it has been a couple of years since Kevin and I led the High Water Cruise. I am hopeful for a beautiful sunny day! If you haven’t done this event before it is worth a go. The event will start after lunch so we will only need to take drink, well maybe a choc bar too!

We plan to explore the harbour and is a ‘Family Friendly’ event. The time we spend on the water will depend on the weather. In the past we have sailed through the Binness channel and then stopped on the East end of Long Island, and I usually clear this area of rubbish whilst there. So a carrier bag will be useful.

If you can let me know if you intend to go or if you have any questions drop me an email.

Cheers,

Linda Vacher
Compound Bosun
