Cruiser Relaunch Weekend
Hopefully, Cruiser owners will now be aware that, in the absence of a Bosun, I have volunteered to be the Responsible Person for the forthcoming Cruiser Relaunch Weekend.
So what do we need from you?
The Relaunch is on the 8th and 9th of April and we expect to launch ALL cruisers/fishing boats in the compound UNLESS you have informed the Bosun’s Committee (bosuns_committee), Linda Vacher (linda_vacher) or myself (richard) that you are NOT intending to relaunch on that weekend.
We need ALL of you to come at the weekend and help; if you do not have a specific job, please see Linda Vacher as she is always in need of crews for boats or Road Marshalls. One new thing for this year is that we are asking everyone to sign in on arrival with their boat name and mobile phone number so that we can contact you easily.
Finally, we need ALL of you to attend the Safety Briefing at 20:00 on Wednesday 5th April, it will be short, so should not take more than half an hour of your time, but some things are different this year so please come.
