Lymington Quay – go ahead given for redevelopment of Town Quay
More walk ashore visitor berths The plans to redevelop the town quay mooring area to meet changing marketing requirements for more walk ashore visitor berths has been given the go ahead.
At its meeting in January, Lymington Harbour Commissioners agreed to apply for the statutory consents and permissions required.

Daisy Collingridge Presented with RYA East Youth Champion Award
Daisy Collingridge from Suffolk, a member of Waldringfield Sailing Club, was presented with the RYA East Youth Champion Award at the RYA Dinghy Show earlier this month.

Due to weather we have had to cancel the Roughay Bowl races due today – Sunday 18th March. We are looking into the possibility of rescheduling.

Kent and Rye Harbour SC sailor receives London and South East Youth Champion Award
Scott Wilkinson from Tenterden, Kent, a member of Rye Harbour Sailing Club, was presented with his RYA London and South East Youth Champion Award by British Sailing Team members Dylan Fletcher and Sophie Ainsworth at the RYA Dinghy Show on 4 March.

London Corinthian receives Increasing Participation Award
London Corinthian Sailing Club was officially recognised as amongst Britain’s best when it received the Increasing Participation Award at the prestigious RYA and Yachts and Yachting Club of the Year Awards 2018.
