Get into Print!
Getting ready for another sailing season? Why not put pen to paper – or fingers to keyboard – and write a contribution for the next issue of Ebb & Flow. Didn’t you make a new year’s resolution to write for the magazine? Let’s hear what you were doing out on the water in 2017. There must be some sailing stories out there that deserve a wider audience so please get in touch – anything sailing (or vaguely) sailing-related is welcome. Cadets and new members are encouraged to contribute as well as those who have been “floating around” for longer.
Please send your contributions to the email below.

First Aid Courses
The sailing committee are planning to run a RYA registered First Aid Course on Saturday the 17/03 and we still have 3 places left. The course will run from 0900 until around 1600, the price will include a certificate and a first aid manual for all attendees. The cost will be £270 for 12 students ,that works out at £22.90 per student. The course would be ideal for safety boat drivers and crew, or for Cruiser sailors that travel further afield. If you are interested please drop me an email to andy.healey to reserve a place. We will work on a first come basis but can always book another course if we have sufficient numbers.

Notice of Key Safes code changes
Following membership reviews it has been decided that the key safes in the clubhouse need their codes to be changed. This is so that we can make sure those who have properly been trained and are current members are the only ones who have access. The new codes will be circulated around by the appropriate member of the exec committee to the current members who have been trained. These new codes will be in place from midday on the 17th March.
