Spring Series 6

A quick reminder that the start time for the Spring Series 6 on Sunday has changed, and is now 1230hrs.

Saturday Rowing Taster Sessions

As from this coming Saturday (11th. May) the rowing section will be running taster sessions at approx. 1030hrs. These outings will only last half an hour and will not be physically demanding.

Rowing is for everybody, young or old and of any capability. It is a fantastic all over exercise routine, particularly strengthening the back, shoulders and pelvic regions.

We always have a laugh and we row in a most beautiful harbour that will “feed your soul”.

Kit needed: A buoyancy aid of some sort, wet boots or wellies, gloves and a windcheater over some layers.
