Compound Reorganisation
The winter cruiser recovery is scheduled for the weekend of 19 / 20 October by which time the lay up area needs to be completely clear of dinghies. There are more cruisers than ever to accommodate, so it is particularly important that we keep to the allocated area.
Volunteers will be welcome next Saturday 5th October from 9 a.m. We hope to be finished by lunchtime. Please drop me an email if you can help.
Before the reorganisation would you please:
Ensure that your boat is clearly labelled with your name, contact details and LHB sticker number.
Ensure that the boat is movable – that the trolley is in working order, tyres inflated and locks are open or that you are available to open them.
Please check the allocated winter location, and let me know as a matter of urgency if you think you should have a winter space but haven’t been given one. If you no longer need your winter space, or might be able to store your dinghy offsite, please let me know as space is at a premium. The compound layout is attached.
Many thanks
