Sunshine Cruises
For all you sailors who are now off the water till springtime why not join in with the rowing section to maintain your “Sea legs”. It’s always a laugh particularly on our weekly “Sunshine Cruise” to a local hostelry as can be seen in the accompanying picture from last Saturday… rowers are stoics.

Whilst on the subject of those still on the water between now and next spring. I have been sent a photo taken during Sunday’s Frostbite race by Anita Boyce (attached). The race was sailed in very light winds. “Very close racing between the Lasers, as you can see!”

Bathymetric Surveys
Langstone Harbour Board completed some bathymetric surveys of Langstone Channel, Broom Channel and Sinah Lake in September. For anyone interested in seeing the results and the water depths in these areas of the harbour, the surveys can be viewed on the Board’s website at:
