Darts Competition at TSC – 21st April

Please come along and support our team. Go Tudor!

AED / Resuscitation Familiarisation Evening – 25th April 7:00pm

The aim of the evening is to give as many people as possible hands-on experience of using an Automated External Defibrillator and resuscitation technique so that, should it be needed, you will be better prepared to help.

A paramedic who is a Dive Club member will explain and show what you need to know to use an AED to the best effect. He will have a number of AED’s to show, and explain the important elements that will maximise the outcome if the worst were to happen.

Resuscitation techniques used in conjunction with an AED will be demonstrated on manikins.

This will be followed by practical hands-on session for all participants. Manikins including the latest generation, linked to Apps that will show you if you’re doing it correctly. Both the speed and depth of compressions are monitored.

The evening will be run by British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) qualified instructors from Southsea Sub Aqua Club, they will have multiple manikins available for everyone to have a go.

Facemasks will be provided to everyone to enable safe use of the manikins by all.

The cost of the course is £15, cash on the evening please, this will include the price of your mask. Please book on webcollect to reserve your space.

This is not a full resuscitation course but should demystify the procedure and hopefully encourage everyone to get properly trained in the future.

Buddy Up

We can all remember those confusing days (weeks, months!) between having the wonderful tour of Tudor, picking up your key, and then feeling at home. The bit in the middle where you can’t remember the combination to get the kayaks unlocked, and you can’t work out web collect

We’re introducing helpful changes for new members to try and remove the mystery and help people settle in to the club quickly.

One of those changes is Buddies.

We’ve got several already on our ‘new members’ WhatsApp group. Our newest members can ask any questions and we point them in the right direction. Having more of you available to answer questions will help everyone make the most of everything our club has to offer and is a powerful tool for member retention.

If you’d like to share your knowledge and be a buddy please do get in touch with me, either via email or WhatsApp or just come and chat at the club. Being a buddy can take two minutes of your time every now and again but will make a huge difference to keeping our club growing and thriving.

And while we’re talking community…

Tudor Members Lounge on Facebook

Just a regular reminder to click ? and join our growing numbers. This is a great place to see the latest news and ask questions, or start a chat. A wealth of experience across all sections.

Staying Safe on the Water

As we start to get sailing again, we thought it would be worthwhile sharing some advice and tips on staying safe on the water. We’ve already had a couple of incidents on the water this year, and some basic safety precautions can help make sure these incidents don’t turn into anything more serious.

  • When going out in your tender
    • Make sure the weather conditions are suitable for you to use your dinghy and that you don’t overload it. Consider using the Visitors Mooring to pick up guests, or make 2 trips.
    • Check your dinghy bung fits, your engine works, and that you have oars and rollocks as a back up.
    • Be aware that waves can be higher as you go past Kendall’s than they seem at the end of the slipway.
  • Staying safe and warm
    • Make sure you have enough warm clothing on; especially early and late in the season and wear a lifejacket when you’re on the water. Here’s some guidance on how to make sure lifejackets fit properly Buoyancy Aids & Lifejackets | safety | RYA
    • Also, regularly check your lifejackets are operational. For example, check that the cylinder is still in date and has a firing cartridge. It’s also worth inflating them to make sure they don’t leak. Here’s a good video on how to carry out lifejacket checks: https://rnli.org/magazine/magazine-featured-list/2020/april/how-to-check-and-maintain-your-lifejacket
    • Take a handheld radio so that you can get help if anything goes wrong.
    • More generally, it’s worth letting someone know when you’re out on the water so that they can raise the alarm if you don’t make contact. The RYA have a free App to let your loved ones know where you are, share your trip, photos and gain quick access to emergency services – RYA SafeTrx
  • Moorings
    • Check your mooring periodically through the season. Try and buddy up with someone to make the job easier.
    • Check shackles are firmly closed. These should be moused with Monel seizing wire
    • Check your strop for signs of wear.
  • Care on the slipway
    • Slipways get slippy! Take your time and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

Please continue to report any incidents or near misses. The attached document tells you how to do this.

All the best for the season

The Womble Cup

What a fantastic day on Saturday.

We had rowing gigs, dinghies, and kayaks out on the water seeking out rubbish, plus we were cheered on by members from their cruisers. Teamwork at its best.

It was great publicity for Tudor; with members of the public chatting and showing their gratitude for our efforts to clean up the shore line. And what a haul! Whilst it made the day a great success it’s quite an eye opener to see the extent of the problem. Along with endless plastic in various states of decay, we found fishing line, old bits of sofa, plastic toys, wheel rims, sleeping bag, clothes, a number plate…. the list goes on. Bags and bags of it were collected.

Thank you to everyone involved in planning, and making it happen on the day. Thank you to each of you taking part and protecting our harbour. A huge team effort that once again puts Tudor on the map in the community. I’m hopeful we can go even bigger next year and lead The Womble Cup across all 3 harbours.

Pictures are attached and hopefully a little bit of dinghy Wombling video [sadly not as WebCollect wouldn’t allow it Ed.]

TD Dinghy Disposal

Hi All,

There is a tender dinghy up for grabs, it was donated to the club to be used as a cadet rowing training boat but is now surplus to requirements as we have devised other methods. It is currently stored on top of the Kayak rack in the main compound. Please contact Ian DuCane on 07775916077 if interested.

Snapdragon 747

£4,500

Reluctantly up for sale.
We have outgrown our lovely yacht and It’s finally time to sell her on.
Triple Ell is probably one of the finest 25ft Ssnapdragon 747s around and her new owners will not be disappointed!
Built in 1980, she is a very sea worthy yacht having been sailed across the Channel on a number of occasions and extensively sailed in the South Coast.
We have owned her for some years and as you can see from the photos she has been lovingly maintained, upgraded and looked after.

She is perfect for newbie sailors or someone experienced looking to down size.

Stainless steel standing rigging was replaced in 2016 along with the sea cocks.
The sails are in good condition.
Running rigging all good condition.

Ready to be sailed away for her next adventure.

Currently afloat on a swinging mooring at Tudor Sailing Club, Portsmouth
Viewing can be arranged via appointment.
Please note, you will need a life jacket. If you do not have one, please let us know and we can provide one for you whilst viewing.

The Womble Cup – Saturday 8th April

Calling all Tudor Wombles! The weather is currently looking good for our first litter pick on the water.

Looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Saturday morning.

The rowing gigs will all be out. If you’d like to join in with a dinghy or a kayak, please liaise with Hannah or Alex to confirm the details. If you’re in the harbour on your cruiser it will be great to see you.

For everyone taking part (regardless of vessel type) please ensure you come to the briefing which starts at 10.30 in the club house. As the boats will be scattered across the harbour it’s important for everyone’s safety to understand the protocols in place for the event. Additionally, there are restrictions on where you can forage to ensure both your well being and our wildlife. And we don’t want to make it too easy for you ?.

We’ll be looking for not only the largest haul of rubbish, but also the most unusual piece, the oldest piece, and the most damaging to the harbour.

There will be gloves and refuse sacks available but the following could be useful to bring along:

  • Litter pickers
  • Stronger thicker gloves
  • A multitool / utility knife
  • Your own refuse sack
  • Water to drink
  • Jam sandwiches ?

If you can’t come out on the water, please come and join everyone at the clubhouse once we’ve returned. All boats will be back at 2pm.

See you Saturday

Cruiser Update

Thanks to everyone involved for making the cruiser launch at the weekend so successful – a great team effort. Most boats are now in the water and we can look forward to a getting out and about.

Cruiser Calendar

Cruiser owners will have received an email regarding a 2023 calendar where we can share our sailing plans and enable those that would like to, to ‘cruise in company’. There is also a page for Cruise Plans where we can add information about more extended planned trips – please refer to the email for more details. The calendar can be seen here and has also been added to the WhatsApp group under ‘Documents’ so it is always easy to find.

Ryde Marina

A favourite short hop for many Tudor cruisers, the marina is now run by Ryde Town Council and has undergone several improvements over the winter. These include re-decked pontoons, a refurbished shower block and most recently (and most usefully!) dredging at the marina entrance. For more information see https://ryde-marina.co.uk/ or visit their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100081668196744

Hurst Spit

A new sandbank has developed off Hurst Spit so please be aware of it if you’re headed west, so you don’t get caught out: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-64808738.amp

If you have any useful updates about our local cruising grounds, please feel free to drop me an email or share directly on the cruiser WhatsApp group. Fair winds!

Update from the Commodore

It’s been a busy few months since taking on the role in January. I certainly feel it was straight in at the deep end!

The best thing about the year so far has been seeing the club so busy. The Celebration Evening was a great way to kick-off the new season, and other events – from games evenings to talks – have seen the clubhouse back to its busy best.

There are lots of events coming up – both social and on the water – so do get involved and enjoy all of our facilities.

2 New Officer Roles

The Exec will shortly be recruiting for 2 new positions:

  • Duties Manager – to help co-ordinate members’ duty hours, fill slots, and ensure statistics are up to date at the end of the year.
  • Fundraising Officer – to look at sources of income for club –grants, sponsorship, fundraising etc.

More details will be distributed in due course.

Recruitment

You will have noted at the AGM that finances are stretched at the moment. The best way to increase our income, along with enjoying the bar and galley, is to attract new members to the club.

By far the easiest way to get new members is by personal recommendation. Please do let your friends and family know about us, share FaceBook Posts, and invite people to the club either for a talk, open event, trial row or just to have a look round.

Paving Slabs up for grabs

The paving slabs in the small compound that we thought we could use for the new patio area have turned out not to be suitable. If any members would like to take some away, please let Bill Jones know – maintenance. They were free to us, and so we are not wanting any payment for them.

Cruiser Launch

This weekend is Cruiser Launch Weekend. The slipway will be closed from first thing on Saturday for the weekend. We will send an email when we are complete, although as high winds are forecast it may go on for longer than normal. All cruiser owners are expected to attend for the whole weekend – we regularly struggle on Sunday for crew and this weekend we will need more people than usual on the boats to cope with the wind.

The Launch Briefing is this Wednesday at 8pm. Come and have a drink with fellow cruiser owners, and remind yourself of what needs to be done over the weekend.

Start time Saturday – 0600

Dinghy Update

Last weekend saw the first two trophies of the year claimed by some courageous sailors who braved the breezy conditions to victory. The LV See pursuit was won by James Langford and the Long Distance Race (13 miles around the harbour) was won by Terry & Alison Small. Congratulations to them both. Photos from the Long Distance race are available online https://tinyurl.com/Longdistanceracephotos

There is no sailing this weekend due to cruiser relaunch so our next event will be The Wombles Cup on Saturday 8th April followed by the Easter Egg Race on Sunday 9th.

Dinghy Racing Duties (on and off the water)

Think being a race officer is too hard? Too many decisions? It’s not as difficult as you may think! We will train you up and buddy you with a seasoned RO to start with. There are loads of resources on our website which are also in the race box to help so you don’t have to remember everything, we even have a set of courses that can be used if you don’t want to set one you’ve made up yourself. If this is something that you think you could have a go at whilst earning your duty hours and the gratitude of the sailors then please contact sign up for training using the following link https://tinyurl.com/tscmembertraining.

The training and familiarisation programme for power boat duties was revised last year and we are looking for club members to sign up and train as patrol boat helms and crews in order to facilitate the extended sailing programme as requested by the membership. Please refer to the attached flowchart for more details on routes into training. Patrol boat training and subsequent race duties count towards your maintenance hours and are a great way to get out on the water and see the harbour from a different angle.

If you are interested in power boat training (and haven’t already done so) please submit your request via the club website https://tinyurl.com/tscmembertraining please only apply for the relevant level (not all levels!) Then follow it up by email training@tudorsailing.org.uk to confirm your level of experience and any power boat qualifications (or confirm if not). Include training levels and dates of training and experience. We can then identify the appropriate route for you and find some dates, we have already held two sessions this year to get the ball rolling.

The PB programme is an in-house arrangement suitable for club purposes. RYA courses can be booked by contacting our neighbours, the Andrew Simpson Watersports Centre https://andrewsimpsoncentres.org/activities/powerboating/.

Any questions please contact Naomi at training@tudorsailing.org.uk

Maintenance Update

Paving slabs in small compound. These slabs were donated to the club by Mackley and were intended to be laid as a patio against the new sea wall but due to the high cost of having them installed it has been decided to dispose of them. These would be free to any member on a collection only basis all that is requested is a reasonable donation to the RNLI.

The final surface for this area will be a compacted shingle which the members will be asked to assist with laying. This work should be able to commence once the compound reorganisation has taken place.

A replacement red can marker has been produced and needs to be installed midway down the slipway.

Two replacement toilets seats to install in ladies changing rooms.

Additional A4 clip frames to advertise social events need installing in various locations in the clubhouse.

Someone with CAD drawing experience to produce plans of the clubhouse and compounds showing the location of all facilities ie taps, power points, lighting switches, key safes etc to assist new members in navigating their way around the club. This would be included in a new guide booklet and on the club website in the members area.

New external lighting has been installed on the north east side of the clubhouse and each fitting has its own pir detector so no matter which direction you approach from the pathway is illuminated, this was only switched from the front gate before.

Please dispose of all rubbish yourself from your boats and not in the skip as this is for clubhouse use only and the contractors may refuse to empty it if paint or anti foul is placed in it. Please report any issues that you may find whilst using the club and we will try our best to resolve them.

Update CCTV Policy

Tudor Sailing Club Exec have agreed some minor changes to our current CCTV policy.

These changes enable the Bosun and the Maintenance Officer to review images to i) check that all is as it should be during adverse weather events (when we wouldn’t want to be down the club!) and ii) that the system is working satisfactorily. The training section has been updated and a training record template has also been added.

There are no changes to how images are shared/made available or to the rest of the document.

I wanted to make sure you were sighted on these changes.

If you missed the celebration evening then please find attached is the 2022 season Trophy winners list along with the special prizes list. It was a great night at the club with many of the winners present. Thanks to everyone that was involved in making it a success. With reference to the updated CCTV policy, I haven’t attached it, but it can be found in the Members Only Area of the website (you will need your login information). Once logged in head to the TSC Bylaws and Constitution (bottom right of the Executive Committee Page section at the top), and then it can be found near the top of the bottom section (Other Useful Documents Managed by the Executive Committee).

On that note, and after a pleasingly busy Tidal Diamond, I will simply sign off for this week.

As ever, feel free to drop me an email at this address, it is always nice to hear from members. Any ideas of things to include in the Tidal Diamonds would be most welcome.

Let’s be careful out there.

Dinghies Update

LV See Pursuit Race Saturday 25th March at 13:00

The first of two dinghy races this weekend is a pursuit. For those who want a refresher, we all start from the club line at a time according to our PY number, slowest boats first and fastest last, and race until the time limit. It’s all about position on the course at the end. See who you can catch!

Instructions including confirmation of start time offsets for each class and the course will be posted on the notice board, along with the Race Officer’s clock so watches can be synchronised.

There will be the standard 5-4-1 start sequence with the first warning signal at 12:55. The 13:00 start time will be the race start for a Gull, the boat with the lowest PY number in our racing fleet. A beep will then sound at each offset minute that signals a boat in the fleet starting, until all boats have started. There may also be a flip chart counting up the offset minutes for reference.

The course will either be multiple equal laps of a repeated course or a long first loop then multiple smaller loops until the finish time, depending on conditions on the day.

The race will finish 100 minutes after the start, I.e. at 14:40. At this time, please take a look at which boat is ahead and which is behind you. It is your position on the water that counts. The finish will be announced with a long beep and a finish flag at this time (any flag). The teams in the RIBs will also confirm positions, particularly if the race finishes on an upwind or downwind leg and the order may not be apparent to competitors.

For more information please take a look at the pursuit race instructions on the Members Useful Documents pages on the website.

Volunteers please

We need two patrol boats on the water for this race. Please sign up on Dutyman to fill the two helm gaps in order to allow this race to go ahead. Thank you.

Long Distance Race (in Harbour) Sunday 26th March at 14:30

Race 2 this weekend is a long distance race in the Harbour. A great opportunity to explore different channels, challenge your boat’s and your endurance and test your memory (or on-board maps) as to which harbour mark is which further afield.

Volunteers please

Please sign up on Dutyman if you can helm a patrol boat or be the Race Officer for this event. Thank you.

Patrol boat and Race officer training

Watch this space for forthcoming training opportunities.

Please sign up using the Request Training option on the website under the Members tab if you haven’t already, or if you wish to register your interest for the next level or an alternative role to complete those duty hours. All assistance appreciated.

If all you need is a local refresher, either to convert existing skills and experience brought in from other clubs or if it’s been a while since you last did a duty please contact Naomi at training to arrange this.

Rowing Update

Winter Trophy

The good weather blessed (once again) the final race of the Tudor Winter Trophy last Saturday! A mild southerly breeze and sunshine made the perfect conditions for this engaging race, a 3.5 nM course from the Club start line, around the Mulberry Harbour, up to the isolated danger in Langstone Channel and back to the Club.

Seven Bursledon gigs raced with a total of 32 people onboard coming from TSC, Hamble River Rowing, Crazy Boys team and ECA, all with mixed crews of men and women. The competition was very tight, with all the boats arriving within five minutes after the first, meaning that they all rowed at an average speed of nearly 5 kn. It’s worth mentioning team Friendship, who left last at the start line but managed to arrive at fourth place, overtaking three gigs in a thrilling and very technical race!

Team Navigator won all the races and therefore the Trophy, another award on their long list that they need to defend in the coming seasons!

The Tudor Winter Trophy has proven to be a great opportunity to remain active during the cold season and create a good momentum for the race period that will start at Hamble on 20th May; it was also a fantastic occasion for spending some time together with old and new friends from other Clubs, sharing the excitement of the race and the relaxed time in the clubhouse. As always, the galley and bar teams were crucial in looking after all the participants, keeping everyone happy, fed and hoppily hydrated!

If anyone wants to join the rowing group, please send an email to rowing, new people are always welcome!

Lucia Crotti

Ebb & Flow

As we approach the club launch weekend I will add a quick reminder that the cruiser launch briefing is at 2000hrs on Wednesday 29th. This is an important safety briefing as well as providing information about timings, etc. so it is important that all cruiser owners attend. The launch weekend is a busy, but invariably enjoyable weekend, where not only do club members help each other with the combined launch, but get to exchange ideas and, when crewing, get to see aboard different boats (great of ideas or that temptation to get a new boat!). There’s also breakfast and lunch available (do book early for that so we can get a good idea of numbers).

On the subject of being a self help club with members working together, it is worth planning ahead with your club duty, so there isn’t a rush at the end of the year. Helping both shore side and on the water with club racing is a great way to learn, get involved and enjoy making new friends. It also keeps the racing programme going. Training is available where needed, and DutyMan (link below) will have details of what is needed.

DutyMan is also used for helping with the social side of things (bar and galley duty), again training is available and it is a great way to get involved and make friends.

With any of the club duties there is no need to worry about being dropped in the deep end (does Langstone Harbour have a deep end? Surely it’s more the middle – maybe the entrance). Other members are always around to help out if you get stuck.

As ever, feel free to drop me an email at this address, it is always nice to hear from members. Any ideas of things to include in the Tidal Diamonds would be most welcome.

Let’s be careful out there.

Cruiser Update

The weather is not being very kind to us in getting ready for lift-in in just over two weeks’ time (1st & 2nd April) but I hope everyone is managing to nudge things forward.

Moorings

Several cruiser owners have had mooring-related difficulties recently, including locating their mooring and getting their gear renewed. The cruiser WhatsApp group has again been invaluable in helping members find solutions and get recommendations about people and organisations who could help. Thanks also go to our own Southsea Sub-Aqua Club for their offer of help by means of divers. Please note that the updated Club Mooring Specification document is now on the Useful Documents page of the website: https://www.tudorsailing.org.uk/TudorSailing/?r=/05_sailing/documents/body.php

Communications

If you would like to join the cruiser WhatsApp group, please email me at cruisers with your name, mobile number and boat name and I’ll add you to the group. You just need to have WhatsApp installed on your phone.

The members only Facebook group ‘Tudor Members Lounge’ is also a useful resource in which any member can post, ask questions etc. If you use Facebook, you can join the group using the following link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1380997942212963/?ref=share

The Wombles Cup – Saturday 8th April

This really exciting member’s idea is growing into quite a day. I really hope you’ll all come along and support even if you’re not on the water. Bring your friends and family to the clubhouse as you know there’ll be yummy food available and the bar will be open.

It’s our first event of this kind, and already we’ve got interest across all three local harbours to join in for 2024, and make this an annual event.

In essence our members will womble about on the water collecting “things that the everyday folk leave behind” (in a safe way). Three hours, then back to the club house for judging and a chance to win what’s sure to become a most coveted trophy. The briefing will be around 10.30, on the water for 11.00.

The whole event ties in nicely with the Keep Britain Tidy annual British Spring Clean, the nation’s biggest mass action environmental campaign. Keeping our local environment beautiful.

The class captains are busy working together to see which vessels can go out easily and safely, so keep an eye on your WhatsApp groups and TD for more information.

Please do book tickets now to register your interest in being there. Link is below. Food and drink will be pay on the day, and please include numbers for friends and family when booking to help our social committee plan food.

Remember you’re a Womble!

Ebb & Flow

To round off another busy Tidal Diamond I shall simply add a piece of correspondence that has come to the club which may be of interest to members:

We’ve had this in from Miles Banister, the Membership Secretary at Square Rigger Club Charity who wonders if any of our sailors might be interested in an opportunity to try something different. TS Royalist is a 34 metre brig built in 2014 to replace a previous ship of the same name and is owned and operated by the Marine Society and Sea Cadets (MSSC). Almost every week of the year 24 cadets from all over the UK join the ship and spend 6 days on board working as part of the crew and receiving training and instruction from the permanent staff of 8.

The Square Rigger Club Charity’s (SRCC) purpose is to promote and support offshore sailing for Sea Cadets. We do this by raising funds which we use to provide bursaries to cadets wishing to sail on TS Royalist and some items of equipment for the ship itself.

In recognition of our unique relationship with them, the MSSC grants the SRCC two opportunities each year to charter TS Royalist for a long weekend offshore voyage during which members of our charter party live aboard and become the voyage crew.

We are operating two charters this year – one in April sailing from Portsmouth and another in September sailing from Plymouth. The only requirements we have is that participants must be reasonably fit and aged 18 or over.
if you think any of your members might like to take part in one of these voyages then please could you point them towards our website at www.squareriggerclub.org.uk to find out more.

As ever, feel free to drop me an email at this address, it is always nice to hear from members. Any ideas of things to include in the Tidal Diamonds would be most welcome.

Let’s be careful out there.

  • RYA VHF SRC Radio course – Sunday 26th March – £99pp (plus £70 RYA exam fee) Min 6, Max 10 people. Start 0800, finish approx 1830.

Rowing Update

Why not try Gig or Sliding Seat Rowing

The rowing section hold introduction sessions every Saturday morning for both gig and sliding seat rowing. These free 1hr taster sessions are organised to suit the rowers individual ability and are great fun. With the better weather fast approaching now is the ideal time to give rowing a go. Please email me at rowing if you would like to book onto one of these sessions.

Maintenance Update

Slip Cleaning

There are 4 positions on the Slip cleaning crew that reports to the Bosun. The task is to keep the slipway clear and safe to use. Maintenance forms are not required as this task like grass cutting and window cleaning are set tasks. The chains on the slip belong to the Maintenance people.

The slip is normally swept using the rubber scrapers that are kept at the top of the slip on a falling tide. This is usually the last hour or two of the tide to carry the silt with it. If the slipway is heavily silted we have the use of the small tractor with the scraper on the back.

We have a WhatsApp group to keep in touch as it’s easier to do slip cleaning in company.

There is one position left available.

Ebb & Flow

This week’s edition is feeling uncannily similar to last weeks, so before I finish off with a mention of the courses at the top and a for sale advert, I will mention RYA SafeTrx which has now been adopted by HM Coastguard. I’ve had the app installed on my phone for a while now. More details at:

https://www.rya.org.uk/e-news/inbrief/hm-coastguard-adopts-rya-safetrx

and a short video at:

https://youtu.be/nAuwcB4oxbs

I will also give a quick teaser for the Wombles Cup coming on April 8th. If you are in one of our WhatsApp groups you will likely know what it is. If you’re not, more details will be in a future Tidal Diamond, and no doubt in our WhatsApp groups so see below for details of how to join them.

If you’ve got this far and not noted the courses we have on offer, skip back up to the top and take another look. First Aid and VHF are two important safety areas when sailing, so the offer of RYA courses at the club is well worth taking advantage of.

As ever, feel free to drop me an email at this address, it is always nice to hear from members. Any ideas of things to include in the Tidal Diamonds would be most welcome.

Let’s be careful out there.
