HSSC ACCESS FROM 2 DECEMBER 2020

From the Club Sec. Ladies and Gentlemen, We are looking forward to welcoming you back to the Club when we re-open again next Wed 2 Dec. All lockdown restrictions currently in place covering sailing will be lifted allowing members to return to their boats in the marina and FB3; it is important that we remind ourselves that these are not normal times and the Coronavirus is still with us.

Waiting for the Tide

With updated RYA guidance due ‘in the coming days’ I have left the Frostbite Series 6 in the Diary Dates section below as TBC, but I cam keeping my fingers crossed (although clearly not at this very moment as that would make typing difficult!). Watch future Tidal Diamonds and Webcollect emails for updates.

The latest RYA news on getting back on the water can be found at: https://www.rya.org.uk/newsevents/news/Pages/rya-welcomes-grassroots-sport-return.aspx

I’m not sure if anyone attended the RYA Affiliated Clubs Conference at the weekend, but if you did I’d be interested in any comments you may have to feedback to RYA South.

As ever, feel free to drop me an email at this address if you feeling isolated and cut off from the world, even though this lockdown is slightly different things are far from normal. It is always nice to hear from members, and any ideas of things to include in the Tidal Diamonds would be most welcome.

Stay safe.
