. The day started with a fair breeze that if continued would have lead to an extremely enjoyable evening race. However, that was not to be: by 1815 the wind had dropped to almost zero and the SOOD decided to delay the start in the hope that some wind would appear. The course was set: Darling Associates to Port, North Sturbridge to Starboard, Darling Associates to Starboard and finish with the first start at 1840 and the second start at 1850.

A JSASTC 67 is sailing from Reykjavik to Oban on 25 August with a planned arrival date of 06 Sept. Required one serving Offshore Skipper to be the mate for a highly experienced Ocean Skipper.
