RNSA Moorings Ltd update and request for volunteers

RNSA Moorings Ltd will replace PNMF early in the New Year as part of RNSA's continuing transition to CIO status. This new organisation is looking for a Non-Executive Director or 2 (unpaid) to help run it and volunteers are now being sought. Inteviews of selected applicants will likely occur in Jan Since the berth holders meeting on the 11 Oct and the EGM on 1 Nov, which saw a large majority support the transition of RNSA to a Charitable Incorporated organisation, we have received legal and financial advice that absolutely supports the plan for Portsmouth Moorings to become a Not for Profit Company (Limited by Guarantee).
